With a dynamic load rating of 400 lbs and a static capacity of 800 lbs (evenly distributed), it’s built to handle heavy-duty gear. Please note: this rack is not compatible with trucks fitted with a tonneau cover.

The Overland Bed Rack System is constructed from heavy-duty, high-tensile 13-gauge (3/32 inch) steel plate for the main structure, delivering outstanding durability and load-bearing strength. The mounting structure utilizes a thicker 9-gauge (5/32 inch) steel plate to ensure a secure and stable installation. Finished with a textured black powder coat and a premium E-coating on the interior, the rack offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting protection against the elements.

Installation. The Hooke Road Bed Rack offers a straightforward, no-drill installation process. It mounts directly onto the truck’s bed panels without the need for any cutting or modifications. Just place the parts in position and follow the assembly steps using the provided bolts. With only basic hand tools required, the full installation takes roughly 1.5 to 2 hours, making it a simple and efficient upgrade.
