Of all the truck racks we looked at, this was my favorite in look and specifications. I bought it to put a RTT on my truck for a 7,000 mile road trip. And it performed beautifully!!

Installation was straightforward and a breeze. It took about 1.5 hours for 2 people to build. Once modifying the RTT brackets, we were able to firmly secured the RTT to the Hooke Road rack. 2 e-bikes, camping gear, and water toys fit underneath as well!

The only thing I would have liked different is the brackets securing the rack to the bed. I don't have rails inside the bed, but Hooke does send brackets for that. They ended up being completely secure, but they just don't "look" like they would be.

All in all, this is an amazing rack in it's price-point. And made it through 23 states, all weather but snow - a few flash floods, very high winds, and dust storm, and extreme heat - without a single issue. It held the RTT over all those miles and 2 adults sleeping in the RTT on top of the rack at night with ease.

If you're looking for a sturdy rack that looks great, this is your bed rack.

For reference, I put it on a Ram 1500 5'7" box.

I’ve had it installed a few weeks now. After a bit of adjusting and loading it down heavy, it’s surprisingly solid. I’ve rattled down washboard roads for hours. I’ve disrespected traffic circles and rail crossings. I’ve even backed into a pole. It’s got a bit of play in the hinge mechanism but not enough to contact the tailgate, even with a 33 mounted.

The only low profile roof rack I could find for TJ. Probably not suitable for a RT Tent but maybe. Went together easily except for my doing things backward twice in spite of the excellent instructions. Canadian pro tip: Order directly from Hooke Road and have it shipped to a cross border courier, pay that freight (less than $50 from Blaine Wa to Victoria airport), pay your own customs tariff/tax (also ~$50) and land this item for $500cdn final total. Much more affordable than that Jungle place ( >$1000).

The steps rails we ordered for my wife’s jeep shipped very quickly and were received within 2 business days. They were just what we imagined and are very happy after I installed them on our 2021 jeep wrangler.

i love it. installation was a breeZe, just needed some help lifting it up to install cause it’s so heavy. compared to the stock bumper it feels a lot better and looks a lot better too. Cutting the front bumper was my biggest concern but easy. I had some help attaching a switch for the light bar but nothing stressful. Worse part was my fog lights didn’t fit but they were very nice and helped me find a pair of jeep fog lights that worked perfectly :)

Very well made, I modified it slightly to fit with my soft top.. fits perfectly.. sturdy...

Looks just like I was hoping it would just wish it had something behind it to help stop things coming through like stones or things like that. that could take out your cooling system. I put a mesh behind it that still gives airflow but also protects my cooling system

These were the perfect choice for my 85th anniversary Willys 41.

I can't say how nice it was to have an installation go so well. I need to take it back off to do some painting of the frame...afterthought lol . I will try to take a video of the reinstall .

"Solid construction" Item developed a crack near the the mount which causes a horrible rattle. Customer service solution is to buy another at a discounted price rather than standing by their product. Do not recommend this company

The bumper looks and works great so far. Everything functions as it should. Very easy install and can be done with one person. I know because I did it, a few hours and wala. I used a “ ring of fire” 3rd break light and it did not fit. If the tire mounting was round it would have worked perfectly. But I just gave the light a slight mod and done. Mounted and hooked up. Job completed in no time. A couple of buddy’s seen it and the loved it. One said he would buy that just due to one handed operation of the back door. I do have to tweet the door (hooks?) and shim them due to hittingg the tire carrier. Not hard but just have to find the time to do so between work and weather. I am not sure if it’s the packing or the currier’s tossing it around, but some of the paint got chipped so I touch it up with some Rinoliner paint. Not that it changes the look of fit or functionality of the bumper, but just as a side note. Thank you Hooke Road for a pleasant service and a nice looking product at a fair price.

This is a very nice roof rack but be prepared for the install. The hardest part is removing the headliner to get to the nuts to remove the existing rails. It takes a bit of doing. Give yourself time. Once you get the rails off, if you don’t have a rivet nut tool, get a 9mm rivet tool from O’Reillys for $10. Also you will need a 9mm drill bit. Those can be hard to find but a 23/64th drill bit will work too. I got one at Home Depot for about $15.

These new nerf bars are awesome! They look great, fit great and were easy to install all by myself. I love them and, most importantly, my wife loves them, since it’s her daily driver. Did not break the bank either, very affordable.

I recently got this front bumper and its been less than month and my horizontal leds gave out, how can I get another set of leds. Condensation occurring maybe using extra sealants is necessary

Fast and as described! I love this bumper for the fact that no cutting required. Took me about two hours because I kept on having to watch youtube on how to remove the bumper valance. Overall pretty easy installation. I’m also pretty handy so figuring things out isn’t
difficult. However, I think anyone who’s competent can install this. Very easy. Thinking about adding the light bar, but wanted to test without it for a while.

These running boards were just what the Bronco needed to look finished!! They were easy to install and make the Bronco look complete and rugged. Love them!!

Great looking bumper and very easy install!! I had no issues and everything was accounted for in the box! Highly recommend using power tools and this install took me around 2.5 hours between removing my factory steel bumper, removing the park sensors, putting the new bumper together and mounting! Be sure to use a tape measure to align the bumper and make sure it’s level and square! This is my 4th Hooke Road product (peek the roof rack, and flare deletes😉) and I won’t buy from anywhere else!
I would like to see a mounting option for a light bar as well somewhere on the tube bar, other than that, this is a great product that compares to bumpers 2-3 times the price!!!

*I did opt to use my own color matched shackles instead of the included ones.

My Jeep came with OEM rock sliders. I’m a little on the shorter side at 5’3” so I knew I would be needing side steps. My husband and myself installed these in approximately 30 minutes. Install was straight forward and looks great.

Awesome bumper awesome fitment and easy install

At first glance, my packaging was questionable. The box was almost completely wrapped in tape and had holes in it. But when I opened it up, there was foam to protect and hold it into place.

This roof rack came with all the nuts and bolts that it needed. It fit my car perfectly and looks just about as good as those $1000 prinsu ones. I like how it sits flush with my roof. It was easy to install (besides taking the headliner off).

Arrived intact with all necessary parts and clear concise instructions. Easy install I did by myself in about an hour with basic tools. Definitely love the look and application of these on my 26 Willys!

Bought these and had them powder coated pink, love them. Super sturdy, open enough that snow and slush don't get caked in them.
