Return & Refund Policy
If returning an item, please submit a return request here to obtain a prepaid label. We will email you the prepaid label after review, and you can return the item to our warehouse. The prepaid label includes the return address. We will issue a refund once we receive the returned item, and the funds will be credited back to your account within 1-6 business days.
Regarding who will be responsible for the return shipping fee, please refer to the following :
1. Within 30 days after the package is delivered
If the product has a quality issue (excluding shipping damage), you may return it for repair or replacement. You only need to keep the item unopened, in good condition, and free of scratches. We will provide a prepaid label and cover the shipping fee.
2. You may also request a return for no reason within 30 days after the package is delivered
You only need to keep the item unopened and in good condition. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt, and fees will be applied as follows:
- If the item arrives with no scratches or damage, you will be responsible for the shipping fee plus a 5% restocking fee.
- If the item arrives with minor scratches or damage, you will be responsible for the shipping fee plus a 20% restocking fee.
3. After 30 days from delivery
We still offer free repairs. In this case, you will need to cover the return shipping fee and the second delivery fee.
4. If the item is damaged within 6-12 months after receipt
You may receive a new replacement by paying 50% of the original price.
5. If you do not receive the item after we have shipped it,We will offer a replacement as the solution.
