Design and Utility. The aftermarket Front Bumper with Grille Guard Brush Guard is designed to deliver maximum protection, rugged functionality, and style for your vehicle. Featuring a full grille guard, it offers enhanced defense for the front end against road and trail hazards. It has dual 25W LED spotlights for improved visibility, heavy-duty D-ring mounts rated at 4.75 tons, and a winch plate that supports up to 12,000 lbs. For added convenience, it also includes a flip-up license plate mount, making it a versatile upgrade for off-road and everyday use.

Tough Build Quality. The bumper main body is constructed from heavy-duty 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel plate, while the tubular structure is formed from 1.89" × 0.06" steel tubing for added toughness. The winch plate and mounting structure are reinforced with 9-gauge (5/32 inch) steel plate, providing solid support for heavy-duty recovery equipment. The bumper is finished with a textured black powder coat and treated with a premium E-coating process inside, delivering long-lasting performance and a rugged appearance.

Direct Bolt-on Installation. Start the installation of the ExplorerX Front Bumper by carefully taking off your vehicle’s factory bumper. Then, put together the new bumper components as outlined in the included instructions. Once assembled, place the bumper onto the frame of your vehicle, making sure it lines up correctly. Adjust the placement if needed for a precise fit. Finally, fasten the bumper securely to the frame by tightening all bolts with standard tools like a socket and ratchet.
