The main body uses robust 11-gauge steel, reinforced with 9-gauge and 6-gauge steel plates in strategic mounting areas, while the bumper and swing arms are shaped from 1.57" × 0.06" steel tubing for superior strength and resilience. A textured black powder coat finish, paired with a premium internal E-coating process, provides lasting corrosion resistance and a durable shield against weather, debris, and road wear.
