Solid Construction. The crossbars of the roof rack are made from 3.2" x 0.8" aluminum extrusions, featuring a tough textured black powder coat for lightweight durability. The side, front, and rear panels use high-tensile 13-gauge (3/32-inch) steel, delivering excellent strength and stability. These steel sections are also finished with a textured black powder coat and treated with a premium E-coating process, providing outstanding protection against corrosion and ensuring long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.

Direct Bolt-On Installation. To install the Overland Series Versatile Roof Rack, assemble all components of the roof rack. Once done, place the rack onto your vehicle’s roof, secure the mounting brackets to the roof, and attach them to the rack. Adjust for proper alignment, then tighten all bolts securely. This easy installation requires only basic hand tools and ensures a stable, dependable fit.
