Hi I received my bumper today and coming scratch and don’t coming with the 2 x rings

I was not happy with the bumper when it first arrived. It had been dented and dinged and scuffed up in places which could not be entirely blamed on shipping handlers. It was missing brackets that had to be shipped later. Also the paint between the bumper assembly and skid plate did not match. The bumper had a more aggressive texture and was a bit glossy while the skid plate was a lightly textured matte black. It was a noticeable difference, but after putting a light coat of hammered matte black spray paint on them they matched much better. The instructions for the install were vague and the images were very hard to make out, but after watching some generic install videos for other bumpers I was able to figure it out. The install itself was not all too difficult (having a second person was helpful) and the fit of the bumper and skid plate were surprisingly good.
I didn't think the angular bull bar with the 20" light bar fit my vehicles aesthetics, so I replaced it with cube led lights instead. It was an easy mod that really changed the look of the bumper. I am exceedingly happy with the finished product. A great bumper for the money.

I recieve this bumper a few days ago and just put it together yesterday afternoon. Like others have stated, the instruction are pisspoor. though, its really straightforward. They assume you already know to remove the front grill, side radiator deflectors bumper cover, and aluminum crash bar. All of this needs to be removed in order to install this badboy. They also fail to give instructions on how to mount the light bar. Hardware is included, but no indication of what the proper bolts are. I had LOTS of extras. I'm sure I overlooked adding a washer where i should have, but im fairly experienced in putting together stuff.

The lower bumper body is made well, all the welds look solid and clean. Not to picky on the insde ones but the exterior look smooth. The two smaller lights were preinstalled. The upper light bar attachment on the other hand must have been made and finished on another line or factory (these come from china if you already didnt know). The quality finish seems poor. This was the only part that was scratched, now, I'm no expert, but I've had powder-coated bedframes, and bikes, and these items don't scratch so you can see bare metal. This tells me this was not powder coated, the lower body, probably was, but not the top. Both sides had scratches, I painted them off course, but thats a BIG FIB from HOOKE Road. The light units in general did not have enough slack to them to make wiring easy. Splices were inevitable. You will also see the light bar cord sitting on your bumper unless you drill a hole into the lower part to hide it. I wish I did that.

The overall bumper it self did match the truck plastic bumper well and fit the truck bolts exactly, I didn't have to wiggle or shove it at all to install or trim anything. I simply grabbed it from the top with one hand and used my other to line up the bolts and attach a nut to each side to hold it in place. It can be installed by one person.

Overall, I would buy this again, but it would be better if the QC was handled better. Give more slack on the lights, and powder coat what you claim you do Hooke Road. Im looking at the roof racks next, but I'll only consider them when the reviews get better.
