Why Hooke Road Bumpers Are Built to Last?

At Hooke Road, you can find different designs of bumpers, including bumpers with bull bar, bumpers with grille guard, and full-width bumpers. All these bumpers have one thing in common: sturdy construction.

It is not convincing to say without proof. Here are some real feedback that comes from our customers:

"My sister bought a 2020 Gladiator with one of your grills installed. We'll yesterday I firmly believe it kept her from being seriously injured. A 2014 Mustang turned left in front of her. The mustang is destroyed but the gladiator held up really well. I believe because of the grill. Sincerely, Brianhyde."

"I wanted to send a few pictures of how strong your bumpers really are. Saved my engine, grill etc... Awesome! This guy slammed on his brakes | just couldn't stop in time. So I hit him going about 40 miles an hour! No injuries! I shared these attached pics with my MOD buddies and they want to upgrade to your systems. Thank you for making such a great product!"

So what makes Hooke Road bumpers built to last? Here are some of the reasons.

1. Robust Material and Compact Design

It is really easy to find that our bumpers are basically a combination of durability and functionality at the same time. Those bumpers are equipped with auxiliary lights and D-ring mounts for flat towing. To meet your off-road needs, some also come with a skid plate and winch plate to accommodate recovery tools.

However, we have to know the reason we choose to replace the OEM bumper with an aftermarket one is that we want them to provide better protection. If a bumper can't satisfy, then no matter how cool it looks is still useless. And to this point, we can assure you that our bumpers are crash-tested and user-proven.

2. Not Satisfied and Keep Upgrading

Not everything is perfect from the start. It's just because we are keeping refining them and modifying them. Thanks to our customers' feedback, we have the chance to know where we can improve. Take the Tacoma rear bumper with tire carrier as an example.

A customer submitted a contact form and mentioned the issue that he came across. The bumper for Tacoma he purchased for half a year, and one day the whole part of the tire rack fell apart from the bumper. After investigating, the problem is that the bearing is not strong enough and broke after a period of use.

After we informed our product department, they immediately redesigned the bearing and used two different bearings to resolve the issue, one is big and one is small.

Besides that, we also reinforced the back of the spare wheel carrier structure, which is more stable.

At the End

We hope that the moment our customers receive our products, they will be happy and they won't regret having them installed on their car. Of course, we will keep improving if there are any issues arise. Just like our slogan says:  make a difference.
