Rugged and Aggressive Look. The Horn Front Bumper brings a compact, stubby design with a tactical tube grille for a bold, rugged look and improved front-end protection. It features 3×9W white LED spotlights for added visibility, a built-in winch plate rated for up to 12,000 lbs, and fully welded D-ring mounts for reliable recovery. The included 9,500 lbs rated 3/4" D-rings feature blue rubber strips, while the integrated license plate mount keeps the front plate securely in place.
Solid Steel Construction. Built from heavy-duty materials, the grille guard uses 1.50"×0.06" and 1.26"×0.06" steel tubing, while the main bumper body is made from 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel plate. The mounting structure uses thicker 9-gauge (5/32 inch) steel plate for added strength. A textured black powder-coat finish provides a rugged exterior, while the Premium E-coating process inside improves corrosion resistance.
Straightforward Installation. Installing the Horn Front Bumper is simple, using the provided screws to secure the bumper directly to the vehicle’s factory frame. Secure it with the supplied hardware, and tighten all bolts securely.No drilling or cutting is required, making the installation clean and hassle-free. Basic hand tools are sufficient to complete the installation.
