Details

Design and Utility. The ExplorerX Front Bumper combines a full grille guard with a rugged tubular design for added front-end protection and a bold off-road look. It features 2×25W LED spotlights for improved visibility, an included license plate mount, high-strength D-ring mounts, and a winch plate rated for up to 12,000 lbs. The tubular grille guard adds both style and extra protection for the front of your vehicle.

Heavy Duty Construction. The bumper main body is constructed from heavy-duty, high-strength 11-gauge (1/8 inch) steel plate, while the mounting structure and winch plate use 9-gauge (5/32 inch) steel plate. The bull bar is built from 1.77"×0.06" steel tubing for added strength and durability. A textured black powder coat finish provides a rugged appearance, while the Premium E-coating process inside helps improve corrosion resistance.

Direct Bolt-On Installation. Installation is designed for a straightforward bolt-on setup using the vehicle’s factory hardware, with no additional parts required. Start by removing the stock bumper, then assemble the ExplorerX Front Bumper and position it against the factory mounting points. Loosely secure the bolts first, check the alignment, make any necessary adjustments, and then tighten all hardware securely using basic hand tools such as a ratchet and socket set.
