It features 4×25W LED spotlights for added visibility, high-strength D-ring mounts for recovery, and a flip-up license plate mount for easy access. A winch plate supports winches rated up to 12,000 lbs, while the solid skid plate adds extra protection to the lower front end when tackling rough terrain.

Heavy Duty Construction. A strong multi-layer steel construction gives the bumper the durability needed for demanding use. The main bumper body is made from heavy-duty 11-gauge (1/8 in) steel plate, with a 6-gauge (13/64 in) steel mounting structure for added support. The winch plate uses 9-gauge (5/32 in) steel, while the skid plate uses 14-gauge (5/64 in) steel. A textured black powder coat finish covers the exterior, with a Premium E-coating process inside for additional corrosion protection.

Direct Bolt-On Installation. Installing the ExplorerX Front Bumper is simple and efficient, using the vehicle’s existing factory hardware with no need for extra parts. Start by removing the factory bumper, then assemble the new bumper and align it with the existing mounting points. Once everything is properly positioned, tighten all bolts securely. With common hand tools such as a ratchet and socket set, the installation can be completed quickly for a smooth, hassle-free upgrade.
