Constructed with heavy-duty 11-gauge (1/8 in) steel plate for the main body, the Grizzly Series Front Bumper is reinforced with 6-gauge (13/64 in) and 9-gauge (5/32 in) steel plates for the mounting structure. This combination provides a solid foundation for demanding use while maintaining its rugged appearance. The textured black powder coat finish adds durability, while the premium E-coating process on the inside helps improve corrosion resistance.

Challenging Installation. The Grizzly Series Front Bumper requires significant trimming and drilling of the front steel frame horns to create the necessary clearance and mounting points. Then, assemble the new bumper and loosely secure it to the vehicle with the bolts and nuts. Check and adjust the bumper’s position and alignment as needed. Once everything is properly aligned, fully tighten all bolts and nuts to complete the installation.
