Rugged Off-Road Styling. Built for serious off-road adventures, the HR Discovery I combines aggressive styling with practical front-end protection. It comes with 2×25W and 2×9W LED spotlights for improved visibility, high-strength D-ring mounts for recovery, and a built-in winch plate rated for up to 12,000 lbs. Two gray stainless steel panels with printed off-road tire tread graphics add a distinctive look, while the flip-up license plate mount keeps the front end functional.
Heavy Duty Construction. Heavy-duty, high-tensile 11-gauge (1/8 in) steel forms the main bumper body, while the mounting structure and winch plate are made from 9-gauge (5/32 in) steel for added strength and support. The textured black powder coat finish gives the bumper a rugged appearance and helps protect the surface from wear. Inside, the Premium E-coating process provides an additional layer of corrosion resistance for long-lasting durability.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. A direct bolt-on design makes installation straightforward, using the vehicle’s factory attachment points without drilling, cutting, or other modifications. Remove the factory bumper, position the new bumper, and loosely secure it with the included hardware. Check the fit and alignment, make any needed adjustments, then fully tighten the bolts.
