Built for strength and durability, the HR Guardian I Rear Bumper features a heavy-duty 11-gauge (1/8 in) steel plate for the main body and a 9-gauge (5/32 in) steel plate for the mounting structure. Direct Bolt-on Installation. The HR Guardian I Rear Bumper features a straightforward bolt-on installation. Begin by removing the factory rear bumper, then position the new bumper onto the vehicle's existing frame mounting points. After checking the fit and alignment, securely tighten all hardware for a solid installation. No drilling, cutting, or specialized equipment is required, and the installation can be completed using basic hand tools.
