Solid Steel Construction. Engineered for strength and durability, the bumper is built from a combination of high-quality steel components. The primary structure features 1.57"×0.06" steel tubing, supported by 11-gauge (1/8-inch) steel plates for the outer sections and a heavy-duty 9-gauge (5/32-inch) steel mounting structure. Its textured black powder coat finish not only enhances the bumper’s rugged aesthetic but also protects against rust, corrosion, and abrasion. A premium E-coating process is applied to the interior surfaces, ensuring long-lasting resistance to the elements. 

Direct bolt-on installation. Installation is straightforward and user-friendly, thanks to the direct bolt-on design that requires no cutting or modifications. The bumper is engineered to align seamlessly with factory mounting points, ensuring a precise fit and hassle-free setup with common hand tools. Installation requires you to remove the lower section of your front bumper and also remove the crash bar. This is then easily bolted to the original crash bar bolt holes. Installation can be completed in about 1 hour.
